Introductory conversations

An initial conversation is free. Please provide reasonable notice if you cannot attend so the time can be released or moved.

Scheduled work

Any cancellation terms for paid workshops or consulting are stated in the written agreement. Notice matters because preparation and reserved capacity may begin before a session.

Work already started

When work has begun, completed preparation, delivered sessions and non-recoverable commitments may remain chargeable as described in the agreement.

Refund review

Any eligible refund is assessed against the written scope, work completed, amounts already paid and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned using an appropriate payment method within a reasonable processing period.
